Bad Bunny (Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) is a Puerto Rican rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer and occasional professional wrestler. Born in 1994 on the 10th March in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, Bad Bunny rose to fame in 2016 with his track “Diles”. He is considered to be one of the greatest Latino rappers of all time, and is credited for enabling Spanish rap to reach mainstream global charts and become popular worldwide.
In Feburary 2026, Bad Bunny performed at the US NFL SuperBowl halftime show, which was sung entirely in Spanish and featured appearances from a range of Latino and Latina celebrities (Cardi B, Jessica Alba and Pedro Pascal). Bad Bunny also performed with Lady Gaga. His performance was watched by roughly 700 million people.
